CREST Compliance Services (CCS) assists our clients from preoccupancy interviews to preserving what may be lost tax credits
from audits past.
CCS, as former property managers, auditors and trainers have witnessed first hand the struggle that takes place
between the on site staff and the management company to obtain and maintain qualified households. CCS assists
in gathering the proper information and documentation prior to move in, resulting in less frustration for the on site
staff and a better rapport with applicants.
Our compliance department also provides our clients and their employees with ongoing training via desk auditing in
addition to other services.
