Headquartered in Orlando, Florida, Pinnacle's East Region includes the
eastern seaboard from Florida to Maine.
Pinnacle East Region President Judy Martin has over 25 years of real estate
property and asset management experience. She has asset managed over 400
properties in 38 states and supervised more than 120 property management
companies.
Judy joined Pinnacle in April 1994. Before her promotion to President in
2002, Judy served as Pinnacle's Contract Manager for the U.S. Department of
Housing and Urban Development's Multifamily Assessment and Analysis Services
project. As a Senior Asset Manager for National Housing Partnerships, she
provided acquisitions review and analysis for institutional owners.
